“Cannot recommend Fawzi and Luna Rentals more highly! The Navigator was a great van, so well equipped and lots of space. Unfortunately, the engine light came on on our second day just outside Lorne, Fawzi organised assistance to come so quickly and when they said there was an issue with the van, Fawzi drove all the way to Lorne in an upgraded van for us to carry on with our trip. The roadside assistance said it was purely bad luck and nothing to do with the actual van or the driving of it!! We then continued our trip in the Luna Nomad which was such a great van, easy to drive, very comfortable and spacious. We had a great time and will definitely rent again with Fawzi, his communication and friendliness made it even more great! Thank you”

At one point, we had an issue with the fridge, and Fawzi was willing to drive two hours to help usat 8pm on a Friday night. Thankfully, we managed to sort out the minor problem over the phone.
